AI Training That Your Staff Will Actually Use
Your staff will leave with AI tools they can use in their next lesson. Not theory. Not slides. Working tools, practised in the session.
Your teachers don't need a lecture about what AI is. They need to leave the room knowing how to use it. Tomorrow.
My workshops are hands-on, practical, and tailored to your curriculum. I've delivered training for COBIS schools, Pearson, and educators across 12+ countries.
Topics I Cover
Getting real results from AI
How to give AI the right context, constraints, and examples so your staff get outputs they'll actually use.
Redesigning assessment for the AI era
How to set tasks that make AI a thinking tool, not a shortcut. The topic every school is wrestling with right now.
Building classroom tools with AI
Your teachers build their own interactive quizzes, revision games, and learning resources during the session. No coding experience needed. This is the moment that changes how they see AI.
Deepfakes, media literacy, and student safety
What your staff need to recognise, question, and teach. Not cybersecurity. The informed, practical response your school community needs.
AI for differentiation and SEND
Practical approaches for every learner in the room, including neurodiverse students.
AI governance for schools
Building an acceptable-use policy with your staff (not for them), auditing which tools are worth your time, and evaluating data protection risk before tools get embedded. AIGP-certified.

From Preparation to Follow-Up
Before the session
I review your school context, curriculum priorities, and existing AI use. The session is tailored before I arrive.
First 30 minutes
I introduce the AI tools and frameworks your staff will use that day. No slides about the history of AI. Straight into the work.
Core session
Your staff work in pairs or small groups, building real resources: lesson activities, assessment rubrics, interactive quizzes, or revision tools.
Final 30 minutes
Each group shares what they built. We discuss what worked, what surprised them, and what they will try next. Everyone leaves with an action plan.
After the session
You receive a summary document with all resources created, tools referenced, and recommended next steps.

“It was a well-structured presentation pitched at the right level for Prep school teaching staff.”
Tom Butt · King's Hawford School
I literally wrote the book on this. AI in Education: A Student's Handbook is the guide I wish existed when my students started using ChatGPT.
My student workshops cover:
- What AI actually is (no jargon)
- How to use AI without it doing your thinking for you
- Critical evaluation of AI outputs
- Ethical use and academic integrity
- AI as a study tool rather than a shortcut
“You should get this into the hands of every student.”

Parents are worried. They should be informed instead. My parent sessions turn anxiety into understanding, covering what AI tools their children are using, how schools are managing it, and what parents can do at home to support responsible use.
